  I'm not sure the vet has our pet's best interest in mind. Suggested unnecessary lab tests that would cost hundreds of dollars! Thank goodness we went for a second opinion else where and confirmed that none of the tests were actually necessary. Also very poor customer service at the Our Vet front desk. On one occasion it took 3 staff members and a vet to give me proper pricing, a whole 30min later!!! How hard can it be??

  We went there yesterday to have our dog groomed. We were not able to bring him for the last 3 months because me and my partner went on a holiday and when we came back we were busy looking for a new house. So we went there yesterday and finally have him washed and groomed. It's not his first time to go to that place. Upon picking him up the lady that groomed him said to us in a very rude tone that she was unable to finish his face because he was biting her every time she'll try and shave it. she continued to say that the only thing written on his file is that he is fidgety and nothing mentioned him being "nasty". Then I told her that he's never been like that to us, she then said that he's very "nasty" and that should be written on his file. We do not appreciate our dog being called "nasty". we understand that our dog might not have been easy to deal with but as someone who's dealing with dogs everyday as their job should have had a better way of saying it. After leaving the place I was very angry and I felt that it was very inappropriate to say something to her face . As a result we will now looking else where to have him groomed.
